Loan Limits Table

Use Loan Limits Table to search for and reference loan limits built into ICE PPE. Loan limits are determined by zip code or state and county. You can include an effective date, but if left blank, the results default to the current date.

Loan limits default to the national loan limits.

• The loan limits table provides the maximum potential loan amount for a specific county.
• Factors could enforce lower limits in certain areas determined in guidelines or conditions.
• The VA Maximum Guaranty is based on a maximum loan amount for which the VA may provide a guaranty. An actual guaranty amount must be based on specific loan parameters.
